Disable Built-in Keylogger in Windows 11

Turn off inking and typing personalization
Press Win + I to open Settings.
Click on Privacy & security and locate Inking & typing personalization.
Turn off Personal inking and typing dictionary.
Select how much data is collected
Press Win + I to open Settings.
Go to Privacy & security and locate Diagnostics & feedback.
Click on Diagnostic data to expand the option and toggle off Send optional diagnostic data.
