Find GPU BIOS Version in Windows 11

In this discussion, we will explore methods to determine the version of the BIOS for your computer’s GPU. A GPU is a specialized processor designed to handle complex graphical computations such as those required for gaming, video editing, machine learning, and scientific simulations.

Knowing the version of your GPU BIOS can be useful for troubleshooting problems or upgrading your graphics processing unit.

Windows Settings

Press Win + I to open Settings.

In the System tab, select Display.

Click Advanced display settings and select Display adapter properties for Display 1.

NVIDIA Control Panel

Right-click your desktop and select Nvidia Control Panel.

Select System Information and look for Video BIOS Version.

AMD Radeon Software

Press the Windows key, Type in AMD Radeon Software and press Enter.

Look for Settings and click on System.

Click Hardware details and look for BIOS Version.
