Fix Active Directory Users and Computers missing
Any Administrator who wishes to handle remote computers and grant them privileges will need Active Directory.
It is powered by Windows Server. However, by installing a special Microsoft component, you can run it on Windows 11. In the following sections, we’ll explain what the component is and how to install it.
Below are easy steps that can help you to install RSAT in Windows 11.
Use Windows Settings
Type Settings in your Windows search bar and select Open.
Go to Apps and select Optional features.
Click on View features and look for RSAT: Active Directory Domain Services and press Next.
Press Install and it should start the installation of the RSAT Feature.
After a couple of minutes, you can see it is installed.
Use Command Prompt
Type Command Prompt on your Windows Search bar and select Run as Administrator.
Copy and paste the following command line and press Enter.
DISM.exe /Online /Add-Capability /capabilityName:Rsat.ActiveDirectory.DS- LDS.Tools~~~~0.0.1.
Wait for the installation to complete.
