Fix Network Profile Type Missing in Windows 11
You can set various network profile types in Windows for your connection to the BSS. Network profiles typically include XML data fragments. However, particularly with Windows 11, users may run into problems like missing profiles when altering the network profile type.

Change the network type to private for Ethernet
Press Win + I to open Settings.
Select Network and Internet and click on Ethernet.
Under the Network profile type, click on box beside Private.
Change the network type to private for Wi-Fi
Press Win + I to open Settings.
Select Network and Internet and click on Wi-Fi.
Press Manage known networks.
Choose the wireless connection you are connected to.
Under the Network profile type, click on box labeled Private.
