Geographical limitations and licensing problems are to blame for this error message. Perhaps you left your device’s key activation unfinished before leaving for another nation.

Check your key’s source

In order to confirm that you are using the right kind of product key, you must carefully look for the product key.

For instance, the activation key won’t work for the various versions of Office you have if you obtained it for a different Microsoft Office package or for a more recent or older version of Microsoft Office.

Change your Region from Settings

Press Win + I to open the Settings.

Go to Time & Language and select Language and Region.

Locate Country or Region and select the most compatible country that corresponds with your Product Key’s Source.

Restart your computer to apply the changes made.

Use VPN Service

The best method for removing the notification “Sorry, this product key cannot be used in your country/region” and successfully activating your Microsoft 365 product is by using a VPN.

With the help of a VPN, you may deceive Microsoft into thinking you’re connecting to its products from an area where licensing is allowed by changing your IP address and geolocation. The key is picking the correct nation.

Whether you’re playing online games with friends, downloading or streaming material, or browsing the web safely, it offers excellent connection speeds.
