How To Activate / Turn On Airdrop On Your iPhone Or iPad

Airdrop is an in-built iOS feature that allows Apple users to share photos, videos, documents, and other files seamlessly.

It can also be used to share Apple map locations, wallet passes, website links, and so much more With this feature, Apple users do not need additional sharing apps – they can share data between iPhones, iPads, iPods, and Macs. However, the airdrop feature is only useful when it is turned on.

Here’s how you can activate the airdrop feature.

Open the control center by swiping down on the right upper part of your screen.

Then long press the box containing the Wi-fi, airplane mode, and Bluetooth icons.

When the box expands, tap the “Airdrop” icon and select “Contacts only” or “ Everyone.”

Last, ensure that the Bluetooth and Wi-fi of both devices are turned on and within range.

Now, you can share whatever files you want with your friends, family, and loved ones.
