How to Backup Google Account Data

In the digital world, it is very important to make backups of your important data and information. A Backup is an additional copy of your data normally saved on an external drive, cloud drive, or any other storage media.

In today’s digital world, most of the people use Google accounts and their data and information are stored in their google accounts and other Google services.

Provided all the security features, what if, one day you lose access to your google account and all the data stored in it. That would be a great loss if you had not had your data backup.

Backing up your data in Google account seems to be a good choice when you wish to delete your Google account due to any circumstances. Google gives an option to its users to make a backup copy of their data and today we will discuss how you can make a backup copy of your Google account data.

Backing up Google Account data sign into your Google account and from the top right corner click on your picture and select manage your Google Account option.

Your account settings will open in the new tab. Select Data & Personalization or Privacy & Personalization option.

In the Data & Personalization option, you will find the option to download your data

The next step is to choose from which google service you want to download your data. After selection, you click on to proceed to the next step

Now, you will select the delivery method, how you want to get the backup file? Select your desired option.

Also, choose other options, such as Frequency, file type, and size and click on the create export button.

The export process will take some time depending on the total size of the data in your account. After the completion of data export, Google will notify you according to the delivery option you chose.
