How to Create a New Custom Power Plan in Windows 11

Create a New Power Plan in Windows 11

Click Windows Start and search for the Control Panel and open the results.

Once you get to the Control Panel, select “Hardware and Sound.”

Click the “Power Options.”

Next, click on the “Create a power plan” from the left sidebar.

Select your desired power plan, add a name for the new power scheme, and click the “Next” button.

Now, choose when the device should turn off the display and when it should go to sleep; once done, click “Create.”

That’s it. Now you have created a new power plan on your Windows 11 device, and you can move to modify the settings as per your requirements.
