Create a Local User Account – Windows 11
With the launch of Windows 11, everyone is very excited to know how people will adopt the new operating system. Windows 11 comes with a few of the tweaks that can help perform multitasking better and more efficiently.
As soon as you install Windows, the 1st thing that will come up to set up multiple users for your shared computer. To set up multiple offline users, follow the following steps.
Create a New User in Windows 11
Click on the start menu icon in the middle start typing Computer Management, click on it to open it.
On the left side of the menu, click on the arrow icon on Local Users and Groups and then click Users
On the right side of the Windows, right-click and then click on New User…
Enter the User name, Full name, and Description if required, you can also set the password for the newly created user and if you do not want to assign the password, you can leave it blank.
If you are setting up the password, you can set the password-related options as per your needs. Like User must change the password at next logon to ensure that user has reset his password as required.
You can also check the option User cannot change the password if you want to restrict the user not to change the password. Once all these settings are set, click on Create and a new offline user will be created in Windows 11.
