How to Edit Quick Actions in Windows 10

Quick actions are the system option icons in the notification center that can easily be accessed at one place. Quick actions are found in the notification center in Windows 10.

It is a time-saving and handy modification in the user interface to access all the essential system settings in one place. There is no need to open folders and sub-folders to access these options.

A single click on any icon available in quick actions will open the related settings or perform the required action. In this article, I will explain how we can edit the quick actions in Windows 10 to meet our day to day needs.

Edit Quick Actions in Windows 10

Click on the start menu button and then click on the settings icon.

In windows settings, click on the system settings.

A new window will open, click on the notifications & actions option in the list on the left side of the window.

In quick actions options, click and hold any option and drag to the desired place in the given space.

The positioning of the icons in quick actions settings will be applied to the notification center in real time.

You can also add or remove any option from the quick actions. Click on add or remove quick actions option in notifications and actions settings.

A list will open having all the system options. Toggle any option to change the status between On and Off.

All the ON status options will be displayed in the quick actions window.

NOTE: It should be kept in mind that the icons arrangement in quick actions window is in line with the sequence in which you turn them on or off. The first turned on the icon will be placed at the first spot in the available space of quick actions window.
