How to Enable Archive Apps on Windows 11
Archive applications is a new feature in Windows 11 that enables you to manage programs and automatically saves disk space and bandwidth.
The technique of app offloading frees up disk space and ensures that the app’s functions do not use network bandwidth.
If you want to conserve space and bandwidth on your hard drive and network, you’ll want to activate archive applications on Windows 11, which this article will demonstrate.
Enable Archive Apps
Open Settings by pressing Ctrl + I on your keyboard.
Click on Apps and select Apps & features.
Click on More Settings and select Archive apps.
Click on the toggle switch to turn it on.
Once enabled, Windows will automatically archive infrequently used applications. If you disable the Archive apps feature, Windows will no longer attempt to remove infrequently used Microsoft Store apps.
