You will like this feature if you are tired of being caught unawares by a heavy downpour. The new iOS 15 update provides you with some tricks that will save your address and time.

You can now get weather alerts based on your location and keep informed at all points. All you need to do is follow the steps we will provide.

However, you must note that your location services need to be activated for this to benefit you.

If your location services are activated, keep reading. But if yours isn’t, simply launch settings > privacy > location services and activate. Then, follow these steps.

Enable Weather alerts on your iPhone

First, Launch the Weather App and tap the list icon at the lower right.

Then, tap the encircled three dots at the upper right corner of the screen.

Next, tap “Notifications” and select “Continue” on the pop-up menu.

Then, tap “Allow” and toggle the slider beside “My location”: you can do this for other locations.  Then, select Done at the top right corner of your screen – this will allow your iPhone to access weather settings for your current location.

Now you’d receive notifications about any imminent weather changes right on time.
