If you’re in the Windows Insider Program for Windows 11 and you would probably want to switch from the Beta Preview channels to a stable build on the next Windows 11 upgrade, you can easily make the switch in Windows Settings.

Suppose you are planning to use the sturdy form of Windows 11 when it releases today on October 5, 2021, and you are now using the Beta Preview channels.

In that case, you can easily toggle the switch in Windows Settings that will instinctively unenroll your Windows 11 device from the Windows Insider Program against the next stable release.

The same will also apply upon the full release of Windows 11, but you might need to wait longer until a significant upgrade to make the switch instinctively. If you don’t, you will stay on the Beta version of Windows 11.

In this article, we will take a look at how to switch from Beta Preview to a Stable Builds of Windows 11. Here’s how to do it:

Switch From Insider to Stable Builds of Windows 11

Click on the Windows Start Menu, search for Settings, and open the results. Or you can launch Windows Settings by using keyboard shortcuts Windows + I to do so quickly.

Once you get to the Windows Settings, scroll down a bit and select “Update & Security.”

Next, click on “Windows Update” in the sidebar, and select “Windows Insider Program.”

Once you get to the Windows Insider Program panel, expand the “Stop getting preview builds” section. Now, toggle the switch next to “Unenroll this device when the next version of Windows releases” to “On.”

When you are done, close the Settings. Now, the next time Microsoft releases a superior, stable update to Windows 11, your PC will transmit the Insider program and switch to a regular stable build.
