Install Audio / Sound Driver in Windows 11
An audio or sound driver is a critical component of Windows 11’s device drivers. Without an audio or sound driver, your PC’s internal or external speaker will be silent.
If your Windows 11 PC’s speakers are not producing sound and you are certain that an audio or sound driver is not present, then installing a sound or audio driver will resolve the problem.

Update Windows
Press Windows Key + I on your keyboard to open Settings.
Go to Windows Update and select Check for updates.
If a new update is available, select Download now.
After downloading available updates, click Install now.
Click Restart now to complete update.
Manually Install Sound Drivers
Go to the driver or download link on your PC’s manufacturer’s website.
Look for your PC’s model number.
Download the audio driver installer file.
Run the audio driver installer after download and follow any on-screen instructions.
Troubleshoot Sound
Press Windows Key + I on your keyboard to open Settings.
Under System, go to Troubleshoot.
Select Other troubleshooters.
Click Run beside Playing Audio.
Follow any on-screen instructions if any issues were found to fix them.
