How to Manually get Windows 10 Anniversary update

In most cases you don’t have to do anything to get the Windows 10 Anniversary Update, it’ll update automatically through Windows Update.

However, if you are like me who no matter what I never got the anniversary update, you can manually update yourself.

Here are two ways you can manually get the Windows 10 Anniversary Update:

1. Go to Settings > Updates & Security > Windows Update

2. Under Windows Update just click Check for updates button.

3. The Anniversary Update will appear as, Feature update. Click update to download and install the Anniversary update.

The sure way to get the Windows 10 Anniversary Update is by clicking on “Learn more” link just below “Looking for info on the latest updates?” in the right pane under Windows Update.

From there you’ll be taken to a support page on Here just click on the big blue button that says “Get the Anniversary Update Now”

To confirm click on Update Now to download and install The Windows 10 Anniversary update.
