When you need to change settings in Windows 11, you usually approach the Settings app. But the trustworthy Control Panel still performs an essential role during various configuration tasks. Here are different techniques to open it.

Use the Start Menu

One of the most straightforward techniques to originate the Control Panel is by using the Windows Start menu. To do so, click the Windows Start Menu on your taskbar and type “control panel.” Click the “Control Panel” icon in the results, and the Control Panel will launch instantly.

Use the Run Menu or Command Prompt

Another way to launch the Control Panel is by using the Windows Run menu. To do so quickly, you can use keyboard shortcuts Windows+R, and when the Run window opens, write “control” in the given section and then click “OK” or press Enter. Likewise, you can open Control Panel from the Command Prompt or Windows Terminal by typing “control” and pressing Enter.

Pin It to the Taskbar

Search for the control panel, once it will be listed on the top. Right-click on it and then click on Pin to Start. The control panel will be pinned on your taskbar. Now you will be able to access it with just one click.
