How to Create Keyboard Layouts in Windows 11

Change Keyboard layout
Press Win + I to open Settings.
Select the Time & Language tab and go to Language & Region.
Click the triple dots beside English (United States) and select Language options.
Press the Add a keyboard button.
Select and Alternative Keyboard layout on the menu.
Remove a Keyboard layout
Press Win + I to open Settings.
Select the Time & Language tab and go to Language & Region.
Click the triple dots button for your typing and select Language options.
Click the triple dots under the keyboards option.
Select the Remove options.
Install new keyboard layouts
Press Win + I to open Settings.
Select the Time & Language tab and go to Language & Region.
Click the Add a language button.
Enter a language to find a different keyboard layout.
Choose the keyboard layout to add.
Press the Next button.
Click Install to add the keyboard layout.
