How to Fix Microphone Not Showing up in Device List

Re-enable your microphone from Control Panel
Search Control Panel in your Windows search bar and select Open.
Go to All Control Panel Item and select Sound.
Go to the Recording tab.
Right-click anywhere on the window and select Show Disabled Devices.
You should be able to re-enable your built-in microphone when it appears.
Reinstall microphone drivers
Search for Device Manager on your Windows search bar and select Open.
Find Audio inputs and outputs and click on the arrow to show more options.
Right-click on Microphone (Realtek(R) Audio) and select Uninstall device.
Restart your device and re-install your drivers by downloading it from the manufacturer’s website.
