How to Turn on Flash notification on iPhone

Let’s face it; audible notification alerts can be annoying – not everyone likes it. On the other hand, some people don’t mind but always miss important notifications despite the audible alerts.

If you fall into these categories, using the LED Flashlight as a notification alert may be helpful. This feature is also handy for people with hearing disabilities – it gives a visual cue when notifications come in.

Here’s how you can set this up!

Turn on Flash notification

First, launch the Settings app, then tap Accessibility.

Next, scroll down and tap Audio/Visual.

Then, toggle the “LED Flash for Alerts” switch to turn it on.

Lastly, you can deactivate the “Flash on Silent” option if you don’t want to receive alerts when silent mode is activated.

Note: This feature only works when your device is locked.
