To disable this alert permanently, you have to turn off the app recommendation option from the settings. This can easily be done with the help of following steps.

Go to the Start button and navigate to the Settings icon.

You are now in Windows Settings, look for Apps and click on it.

After clicking Apps, a new screen with Apps and Features will  open. In installing apps option, Allow apps from the Store only preference will be selected.
