How to Create and Send a FaceTime link

FaceTime is an in-built app on iPhones, iPads, and MacBook that allow users to communicate through phone and video calls. This app runs on cellular data and was initially available to Apple users.

However, with recent updates, non-Apple users can join FaceTime calls to connect with family and friends. But, this can only be possible if a FaceTime link is shared with them – through messages or emails.

Here, we’d show you how to create and share FaceTime links with loved ones.

First, launch your FaceTime App. Then, tap Create Link.

Afterwards, a new tab (named FaceTime Link) and section (named Upcoming) will be created.

Next, tap the circled “i” icon at the right end of the FaceTime Link option. Then, select Share Link and choose the platform through which you want to share it.

Alternatively, you can press and hold the FaceTime Link option until a drop-down menu appears.

Then select “Copy Link” or “Share.”

Note: You can share the link with up to 29 people.

Now, you can share and start your FaceTiming right away!
