How to Fix the NET HELPMSG 3547 Error

In your Windows Search bar, type Command prompt and select Run as administrator.

Type in the following commands and press Enter after each one:

net stop wuauserv

net stop cryptsvc

net stop bits

net stop msiserver

ren %systemroot%\softwaredistribution softwaredistribution.bak

ren %systemroot%\system32\catroot2 catroot2.bak

net start wuauserv

net start cryptSvc

net start bits

net start msiserver
