How to Enable and Disable Fingertip Writing in Windows 11

This article will guide you through two effective methods to enable or disable fingertip writing in Windows 11.
via Settings App
Press Win + I to open Settings.
Click Bluetooth & devices and look for Pen and Windows Ink.
Click Use your handwriting to enter text.
To enable Fingertip writing, check the option next to Write with your fingertip.
To disable Fingertip writing, uncheck the option next to Write with your fingertip.
Using Registry Editor
Press Win + R, type in regedit and press Enter.
Navigate to the following path
Computer\HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\TabletTip
Right-click the TableTip folder and select New.
Click the Key option.
Name the folder EmbeddedInkControl.
Right-click the EmbeddedInkControl Folder, Select New, and choose DWORD Value.
Rename the REG_DWORD to EnableInkingWithTouch.
Double click the EnableInkingWithTouch and Set the Value data to:
1 (To enable writing with your fingertip.)
0 (To disable writing with your fingertip.)
Click OK to save.
Restart your PC.
